Cancellations
Let us know at least 24 hours ahead if you need to reschedule — it helps us offer that spot to someone else on the waitlist.
No-shows
If you miss your appointment without notice, a fee may apply. We respect your time and ask for the same in return.
Arriving late
If you’re running late, call or text. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but late arrivals may need to be rescheduled to keep things on track for other clients.
Children
Kids are always welcome! We have a play area, TV, snacks, and prizes. For children’s haircuts, we ask that a parent or guardian stays in the salon.
